For Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us via email within 8 days of delivery. We will arrange a return, exchange, or a full refund if the item is out of stock.
Customer Convenience Returns: We accept returns for other reasons within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The request is made via email.
- The item and all accessories (pouches, etc.) are in their original, unused condition.
- All original packaging materials are included.
Important Notes on Refunds: For convenience returns, the following costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund:
- Original shipping costs (including items sold with "free shipping").
- Return shipping costs (to be paid by the customer).
