For Damaged or Wrong Items: If your item arrives broken or you receive the wrong product, please contact us by email within 8 days of delivery. We will arrange a return, exchange, or a full refund if the item is no longer in stock.
Returns for Customer Convenience: We accept returns for other reasons within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The request is made by email.
- The item and all accessories (pouches, etc.) are in their original, unused state.
- All original packing materials are included.
Important Notes on Refunds: For convenience returns, the following costs are not refundable and will be taken from your refund:
- Original shipping costs (including items sold with "free shipping").
- Return shipping costs (to be paid by the customer).
- Transaction fees (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- Gift wrapping fees.
Please make sure the item is returned within 2 weeks after contacting us.
