Credit Card

You can use VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Shop Pay

Interest-free installment payments are available.You can pay in 2 or 4 installments, every two weeks.Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards are accepted.

This is a post-payment method.You can pay the following month or in installments. Payments can be made at convenience stores or by bank transfer. For convenience store payments, a separate handling fee applies (up to 390 yen including tax per transaction).

2. Returns and exchanges  [Applicable to orders within Japan only]

If there is a problem with the product

If the delivered product is damaged or if you receive an item different from your order, please notify us by email or LINE within 14 days of receiving the product. We will handle returns and exchanges. Please note that if the item you wish to exchange is sold out, we may issue a refund instead.

In case of returns due to customer convenience

Returns due to customer preference are accepted only if you contact us by email or LINE within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returns are accepted only if the product and accessories (such as pouches) show no signs of use and all original packaging (including outer box and packing materials) are intact.
We kindly ask you to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered.


Please note that the following fees will be deducted when processing returns and refunds.

  • Shipping costs at the time of delivery (including items with free shipping)
  • Return shipping payment fees (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • If you use gift wrapping, a wrapping fee will apply.

Please cooperate by returning the item within two weeks after notifying us of the return.

Return & Refund Policy

For Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us via email within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a return, exchange, or a full refund.
 

Customer Convenience Returns: Because each piece is carefully handcrafted, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting handmade artistry.

About Handcrafted Items: Please note that because we use natural stones and each piece is finished by hand, subtle variations in color, shape, and texture may occur. This is a unique characteristic of handcrafted jewelry.
 

Important Notes:
Customs Duties & Taxes: The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred in their country. These are non-refundable.

Unauthorized Returns: Any items returned without prior email contact or for customer convenience will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Fees: In the event of an approved return (damaged items only), transaction fees (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Shipping [Japan Shipping]

Free shipping on all items

Customers with a total purchase amount of 10,000 yen or more can choose Japan Post's Letter Pack Plus and Click Post shipping methods for free.

Customers with a total purchase amount of 10,000 yen or less can select Click Post shipping for free, but those who wish to receive their package by direct handover can choose Letter Pack Plus shipping for an additional 500 yen.

Courier service

We recommend home delivery for customers whose total purchase amount is 10,000 yen or more.

You can receive your items directly from the delivery person by hand, and the products will be insured.

Click Post

We have started Click Post delivery upon request from customers who find it difficult to receive packages directly from the delivery service due to a busy schedule. You can track the delivery status with the tracking number, but we cannot provide compensation for lost items valued over 10,000 yen. We recommend using courier delivery whenever possible.
 

Please understand that we may switch to courier delivery when purchasing many items at once or high-value items.

About Delivery

Currently, to consider the environment, we do not include delivery notes. Please refer to the confirmation email at the time of your order for your order details.

4. For guests staying in Japan [For hotel delivery]

Shipping to a Hotel? 
When entering your shipping address, please make sure to include the official Hotel Name.

For the recipient, please use the exact name used for your hotel reservation (in English) and include your check-in date next to your name (e.g., John Smith [Check-in: Oct 10]).

Also, kindly write your full stay dates in the notes section so we can ensure timely delivery.

Standard areas:  1–3 days

Hokkaido, Okinawa, and Remote Islands:  4–7 days (approx.) Depending on the location and weather conditions.

  • Customs and Import Taxes: > For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may be applied at the destination country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details before purchasing.
