1. Types of Payment Methods

Credit card

You can use VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Shop Pay

Installments without interest are available.You can pay in 2 or 4 parts, every two weeks.Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards are accepted.

Two installments, no interest

※For purchase amounts from 35 dollars to 50 dollars

※Payment every two weeks

Four installments, no interest (payment every two weeks)
※For purchase amounts from $50 to $999.99

※Payment every two weeks

Monthly payments (purchase amount from $150 to $30,000)

*Monthly payments may incur interest ranging from 6% to 36%.

paidy (pay later)

This is a payment method with deferred payment.You can pay the following month or in installments. Payment can be made at convenience stores or by bank transfer. For convenience store payments, a separate handling fee will be charged (up to 390 yen including tax per transaction).

No installment fees

※Only free for direct debit and bank transfer

You can split the payment into three installments

After purchasing with a lump-sum payment, you can change to three-time deferred payment from the Paidia app

Convenience store payment  (Advance payment)

This is a payment method requiring advance payment.You can use FamilyMart, Lawson, Mini Stop, and Daily Yamazaki. A separate payment fee will be charged (190 yen).

Mobile phone payment

You can use Pay Pay and LINE Pay.

PayPal

You can use PayPal.

Pay-Easy Payment

You can use Pay-Easy payment.

You can use au Easy Payment.

Bank Transfer

You can pay by bank transfer.

2. Returns and Exchanges (Japan Only)

If there is a problem with the product

If the delivered item is damaged or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us by email or LINE within 8 days of receiving the product. We will handle returns and exchanges. Please understand that if the item you wish to exchange is sold out, we may issue a refund instead.

In case of returns due to the customer's convenience

Returns due to customer convenience are accepted only if you contact us by email or LINE within 7 days of product arrival.
Returns are accepted only if there are no signs of use on the product and accessories (such as pouches), and all original packaging (including outer box and packing materials) is intact.
We kindly ask you to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered.


Please note that the following costs will be deducted when returning or refunding. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Shipping fee at the time of dispatch (including items with free shipping)
  • Return shipping payment processing fee (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • If you use gift wrapping, a wrapping fee applies

Please cooperate by returning the item within two weeks after notifying us of the return.

International Customers (English Policy)

Return & Refund Policy

For Damaged or Wrong Items: If your item arrives broken or you receive the wrong product, please contact us by email within 8 days of delivery. We will arrange a return, exchange, or a full refund if the item is no longer in stock.
 

Returns for Customer Convenience: We accept returns for other reasons within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The request is made by email.
  • The item and all accessories (pouches, etc.) are in their original, unused state.
  • All original packing materials are included.

Important Notes on Refunds: For convenience returns, the following costs are not refundable and will be taken from your refund:

  • Original shipping costs (including items sold with "free shipping").
  • Return shipping costs (to be paid by the customer).
  • Transaction fees (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Gift wrapping fees.

Please make sure the item is returned within 2 weeks after contacting us.

3. Delivery (Japan Shipping)

Free shipping on all items

Customers whose total purchase amount is 10,000 yen or more can choose Japan Post's Letter Pack Plus and Click Post delivery methods free of charge.

Customers whose total purchase amount is 10,000 yen or less can choose the Click Post delivery method free of charge, but those who wish to receive their items by direct handover can select the Letter Pack Plus delivery for an additional 500 yen.

Home delivery service

For customers whose total purchase amount is 10,000 yen or more, we recommend delivery by courier service.

You can receive the item directly from the delivery person by hand, and the product will be insured.

Click Post

We have started Click Post delivery upon request from customers who find it difficult to receive items directly from the delivery person due to a busy schedule. You can track the delivery status with the tracking number, but we cannot provide compensation for lost items valued at 10,000 yen or more. We recommend using parcel delivery whenever possible.
 

Please understand that when purchasing many items at once or high-value items, we may change the delivery method to parcel delivery.

About Delivery

Currently, to consider the environment, delivery notes are not enclosed. Please refer to the confirmation email at the time of your order for your order details.

  • Shipping Fee: Free
  • Customs and Import Taxes: > For overseas shipments, customs duties and import levies may be imposed at the destination country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details before buying.
