1. お支払方法の種類

クレジットカード

VISA、MASTER、JCB、アメリカン・エキスプレス、Shop Pay、Apple Pay、Google Payをご利用いただけます。

Shop Pay

無利息で分割払いOK。2回または4回に分けて、2週間ごとに支払う方法。Visa、Mastercard、American Express のクレジットカードがご利用可能です。

2. 返品、交換  [Applicable to orders within Japan only]

商品に問題があった場合

お届けした商品が破損していた場合、ご注文の品と異なる物が届いた場合は商品到着後14日以内にメールかLINEよりお知らせください。返品・交換の対応をさせていただきます。交換をご希望の際に完売している商品に関しましては、返金とさせていただくこともございますのでご了承ください。

お客様のご都合による返品の場合

お客様のご都合による返品は、商品到着後14日以内に、メールまたはLINEにてご連絡をいただいた場合に限り承っております。
返品をお受けできるのは、商品および付属品（ポーチなど）にご使用の形跡がなく、お届け時の状態（外箱・梱包資材を含む）がすべて揃っている場合に限ります。
恐れ入りますが、商品はお届け時と同じ状態でのご返送にご協力をお願いいたします。


なお、返品・返金の際には、以下の費用を差し引かせていただきます。あらかじめご了承ください。

  • 発送時の送料（送料無料の商品を含む）
  • ご返送時の送料決済手数料（クレジットカード・PayPal等）
  • ギフトラッピングをご利用の場合はラッピング手数料

For Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us via email within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a return, exchange, or a full refund.
 

Customer Convenience Returns: Because each piece is carefully handcrafted, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting handmade artistry.

About Handcrafted Items: Please note that because we use natural stones and each piece is finished by hand, subtle variations in color, shape, and texture may occur. This is a unique characteristic of handcrafted jewelry.
 

Important Notes:
Customs Duties & Taxes: The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred in their country. These are non-refundable.

Unauthorized Returns: Any items returned without prior email contact or for customer convenience will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Fees: In the event of an approved return (damaged items only), transaction fees (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

ご購入の総額が１０,０００円以上のお客様は日本郵便のレターパックプラスとクリックポストの配送方法を無料で選択していただけます。

ご購入の総額が１０,０００円以下のお客様はクリックポストの配送方法ですと無料で選択していたしますが、直接手渡しで受け取りたい方はレターパックプラスの配送料をプラス５００円で選択していただけます。

宅配便

ご購入の総額が１０,０００円以上のお客様は宅配便での配送をお勧めします。

配送業者さんから直接手渡しで受け取っていただくことができ、商品の補償をいたします。

クリックポスト

忙しくて配送業者さんからの直接の受け取りが難しいというお客さまのご希望がありクリックポストの配送を開始しました。追跡番号で配送状況の追跡はできますが１０,０００円以上の商品の紛失などによる補償ができかねます。できるだけ宅配便での配送をお勧めします。
 

一度にたくさんの商品をご購入の際や、高額の商品をご購入の際は宅配便に変更させていただく場合がありますことをご了承ください。

Shipping to a Hotel? 
When entering your shipping address, please make sure to include the official Hotel Name.

For the recipient, please use the exact name used for your hotel reservation (in English) and include your check-in date next to your name (e.g., John Smith [Check-in: Oct 10]).

Also, kindly write your full stay dates in the notes section so we can ensure timely delivery.
