Shipping to a Hotel?

Please enter the following in the shipping address form:

- Name: Your name exactly as it appears on your hotel reservation (in English), followed by your stay dates in brackets.
- Address: The hotel's address and postal code (you can copy these from your booking confirmation).
- Address Line 2: The official hotel name.
- Phone: A number where we can reach you (WhatsApp is fine). Please include your country code, e.g. +1, +49, +81.

Please let your hotel know in advance that you are expecting a package, so they can accept it on your behalf.

Delivery time (after dispatch)
- Standard areas: 1–3 days
- Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: approx. 4–7 days, depending on location and weather
